The selection this month for Annapolitan of the Month is Diddy-Bop, aka Buckwheat, aka The West Street Walker amongst many other names. You know him, the guy who walks up and down West Street, carrying a trash bag and wildly swinging his arms. For being a living landmark in Annapolis, he is this week's Annapolitan of the Month.
