Tommy and Nikki search for a crazy second guitarist to off-set the dowdy Robin when Tommy reads a classified ad that Mick Mars has placed in The Recycler newspaper saying, "Loud, rude and aggressive guitarist available" along with his name and phone number. He gets a call from Tommy inviting him to an audition, so he has his small friend John Crouch, nicknamed Stick, drive him, his guitar and his Marshall amps that stick out of his Mazda on the drive to North Hollywood. Tommy opens the house door and thinks Mick looks like Cousin Itt from the Adams Family. Mick speaks with Nikki, both of them not remembering their previous meeting in the liquor store and afterwards at the Stone Pony a few years earlier. They show Mick the opening riff to a song called Stick To Your Guns that was written by Nikki on piano. They think he does a great job, so then they head out to buy a gallon of Schnapps at Mick's suggestion. Upon return, they jam for an hour on some more songs Nikki had written, called Toast Of The Town and Public Enemy #1. Mick feels their sissy guitarist Robin is not the right guy so they say if he wants to join, he has to fire the other guy. He is given the job after saying to Robin that he is the only guitar player. Also having used the same color hair dye, Nice & Easy Permanent Blue Black, certainly helps his chances. Robin cries upon being told the news from Mick. Big Momma enters from the window with a fiddle and begins playing Irish drinking songs and jigging simultaneously. Tommy, Nikki and Mick enthusiastically dance while Robin and Stick make like a tree and get out of there. Afterwards, Nikki, Tommy and Mick invite Big Momma to be the choreographer for the band. The band inspired a societal revolution over the next decade largely as a result of Big Momma's direction. Currently, Big Momma serves as director of the National Choreographers Association. Fans from around the world observe Big Momma launching innovative dance moves in Annapolis establishments.
